Frequently asked questions

Can I take the exam in Spanish?

It depends on the state. In Florida, yes, at no extra cost: you can take it in English or Spanish. For the general contractor exams you request Spanish on your exam application; for real estate (Sales Associate), when you schedule with Pearson VUE. In Nevada, the real estate exam is English only. That's why Brickly lets you practice in English with the Spanish translation and explanation one tap away: you study in the language you choose and master the English terms you'll use on the job (contracts, plans, clients).

Which courses are available?

Three so far: Florida General Contractor (DBPR), Florida Real Estate (Sales Associate, FREC) and Nevada Real Estate (Salesperson, NRED). Each with thousands of questions and mock exams. More on the way.

Which exams does the General Contractor course cover?

All three official parts: Contract Administration (60 questions), Project Management (60) and Business & Finance (120). Each requires 70% to pass and all are open book.

Can I really study for free?

Yes. Every day you get 5 questions with full explanations, from any topic in the course, and up to 3 mistakes; then you rest until tomorrow, like a short study session. Answer 3 a day to keep your streak, and the ones you miss come back for review. Pro removes the limits and unlocks every mock exam (you can take the first one free).

Is Brickly affiliated with the DBPR?

No. Brickly is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Florida DBPR/FCILB, the FREC, the Nevada Real Estate Division (NRED) or Pearson VUE. It doesn't guarantee you'll pass either: the studying is on you.

What about Android?
