Is the real exam in English?

Yes. License exams are given in English only. That's why Brickly shows questions in English, exactly how you'll see them that day, with explanations in Spanish so language doesn't cost you the license.

Which courses are available?

Three so far: Florida General Contractor (DBPR), Florida Real Estate (Sales Associate, FREC) and Nevada Real Estate (Salesperson, NRED). Each with thousands of questions and mock exams. More on the way.

Which exams does the General Contractor course cover?

All three official parts: Contract Administration (60 questions), Project Management (60) and Business & Finance (120). Each requires 70% to pass and all are open book.

Can I really study for free?
